Our preferred form of contact is email as we often are so busy at the rescue that we don't have the opportunity to stop and take live calls (and by the time we can make a return call, it is often very late in the evening).

At present our facility is over-flowing and, therefore, we do not have the space to accept owner surrenders. In the future, if space opens up, the procedure for surrenders will be to fill out a surrender form and submit it to us for review.
